Central Heating Grants

If you own your own home or rent it from a private landlord, you may be eligible for a Central Heating Grant of up to £6,000

Over £1.7million people have received Central Heating Grants towards the cost of a new Central Heating Installation since 2000.

A new central heating system could save you between £235 and £342 per year on your central heating bills.

Warmfront Grants

Warmfront Grants are government funded grants to provide new central heating and central heating maintenance for households on low incomes and benefits. As part of the Warmfront Team, T&S Heating can help you through this process.

Fuel Switching Grants

Fuel Switching Grants are provided by the A1 Low Carbon Solution Scheme, and fuel switching grants are provided to assist in changing the primary heating fuel source of your home to a carbon friendly solution, with the primary heating fuel source being set by the fuel source used in your main living area (i.e. your lounge or living room).

How to apply for a central heating grant

Many people qualify for Central Heating Grants without realising it. The level of central heating grant will depend on your personal circumstances and the type of central heating system to be installed.

We will send a trained assesor to visit your property to establish the level of Central Heating Grant you qualify for, determine the full requirements of your individual property, and show how you can best make use of that Central Heating Grant. The visit will normally take no longer than one hour, will be arranged at a time convenient for you.
