Comments/Suggestions:

No-one rang up about this so I had to ring. Boiler installation was supposed to be on 21st August but no engineers were available. My son had the day off work as I am 85 years old. The installation was moved to 29th August and the engineer said the electrician will be there on Thursday but the office called and said no-one was coming until Friday afternoon. Again I had to ring someone and they came out at 4 pm and was there until 8 pm. Did not receive an invoice until 5th September
