2012 saw the launch of our “In the Community” scheme. This is a way the company could engage with local organisations and offer financial support in order for them to achieve their goals. This is our way of showing how much our local community means to us and even though we now have national coverage, we will never forget where it all started for us.

 The ABF Soldiers Charity has been helping retired and serving soldiers and their families since forming in 1944. With our annual donations and profit sharing scheme, The ABF can continue the amazing work they do in supporting our heroes.

After the success of London 2012, we took the opportunity to sponsor professional swimmer and Paralympic gold medallist Ollie Hynd. His achievements in his career to date have been phenomenal and with the help of our financial support, we hope for even more success in the near future.

One of our sponsorship agreements is the one with Long Eaton CC Kwik Cricket team. By offering full playing kits, equipment and safety wear, the team is now able to play in a competitive league and look the part in doing so. As of the 2013 season we will be taking our involvement with the cricket club to the next level. We will be supplying the playing kits for the 1st and 2nd senior teams, holding cricket introduction classes for children from local schools, competing in charity matches and funding the end of season presentation night where the new T&S shield will be given to one lucky player.
