I've just had a boiler assessment/service organised by Homeserve, performed by a 'young' man called 'Dom'.
During the service I asked lots of questions which were answered in full with genuine courtesy such as how the water filter works - which wasn't something I'd seen before. Dom gave me full answers to all my questions and explained how all safety measures were implemented by the computer.
I have never experienced such a friendly attitude from a plumber and never had more than half answers before- normally just enough information to shut me up.
I don't know whether its possible but I'd like this young man to attend to all the boiler requirements we ever need as he's a genuine professional and has the type of character I feel belongs around my wife and children- i.e. he leaves me with no reservations at all!
Please retain him as he is a Great ambassador for your company and value for money to anyone that employs him and his services.
