As T&S are a registered OFTEC member our engineers are ‘competent engineers’, therefore T&S engineers can self-certify their work to say that it meets the relevant requirements and regulations. For all new or replacement installations we will notify our works to OFTEC (as required by statutory law), then OFTEC will inform the relevant local authority. After inspection and all is up to standard the local authority provide a certificate to the householder on the business’s behalf.
